A single named Solyntra engineer assigned to your team. You interview and approve them before assignment. We handle the contract, the equipment, the secure dev environment, the payroll, and the replacement if anything changes.
Engagement model
- �Hourly: minimum 20 hours per week.
- �Monthly: full-time (160 hours), part-time (80 hours), or specialist (40 hours).
- �Minimum engagement: one month.
- �30-day notice to end or to replace.

How pricing works
Rates are shared on a discovery call. We quote in USD for international clients and in AUD for Australian clients. Final pricing depends on the seniority band, the commitment, the supervision model, and whether Solyntra owns delivery quality. Tell us what you need on the call and we will give you a clear number.
